CHONGO is an independent platform dedicated to male photography, visual culture and contemporary masculinity.

Founded in Buenos Aires in 2010, CHONGO became one of the first male photography projects available both in print and digital download, building an international audience long before subscription platforms and independent online publishing became mainstream.

Over the last 15 years, the project has published more than 800 pages of original content and over 1,200 photographs by contributors from around the world, exploring fashion, portraiture, documentary and erotic photography through an independent editorial perspective.

Today, CHONGO evolves into a subscription-based digital platform and archive, offering exclusive content, unreleased series, editorials and members-only access through CLUB PORTENTO, a new premium space created for the community supporting the project.

More than a publication, CHONGO is a long-term visual archive documenting male identity, aesthetics, intimacy and artistic freedom.
